Real Estate Closings
MarcianoLaw knows real estate. The bulk of our business is real estate transactions. This is America, this is New York, this is Hoboken and no matter what happens in the world — real estate deals continue to circulate around the magnet that is New York.

I was here when the condo market collapsed in 1988 and was here when it recovered in the 1990s, saw the rental market collapse in 1999, saw the market rising and continuously growing. Then with tears in my eyes, I saw the World Trade Center collapse in 2001, across the river from my office, and watched the market take a dive, and then like a phoenix rising from the ashes - I saw the real estate market explode in 2003-2005 and am here today in the fall of 2006 watching as selling prices slide down while rent spirals up and up. But in all those years that people made money, sellers turned to landlords, renters turned to owners and those predicting doom around the corner found only more opportunity and those seeing gold in 1,000 square feet of airspace found silver instead. It is exciting, confusing, stressful and the biggest most significant financial decision you will make in your life. Trust no one, verify, confirm and retain the most experienced and accessible professionals that you can find. And by more words, by my website, by my staff, and by my technology. Even more than all that, by my commitment to provide thoughtful and courteous service to my clients, I want to earn your business. I have the experience, the office staff, the technology and most importantly the love of all that is the real estate market in Hoboken, New York and America the Beautiful.
In today's fast paced, changing real estate market, concluding transactions can be very stressful. We can help you whether you're buying or selling your home, be it condominium, house or coop, or buying and selling investment properties such as buildings for condo conversion, multi-family for long term investment, commercial condos, or vacant land or properties sold with zoning approval. Unfortunately, many people don't take the precautions necessary to ensure that their title, zoning and land use documents are legally valid. Retaining trusted and experienced legal representation, when you are about to close on a real estate purchase or sale, is just a phone call or e-mail away.
At MarcianoLaw, our team of experienced real estate professionals works hard to achieve smooth, efficient, and stress-free real estate closings. Whether you're the buyer or seller, we are involved in every step of the legal process. From reviewing the contract to the day of your closing, and every step of the process along the way, we ensure that the client's rights are protected and that the closing goes smoothly.
